Service

This website is a public marketing page that explains the planned CreateTake AI video maker. It does not currently provide a live editor, video generation, accounts, Credits checkout, or file uploads.

Homepage composer text is a local draft in your browser. Submitting it does not start a project or a paid generation.

Acceptable Use

CreateTake is SFW-only. You agree not to use the site to pursue NSFW content, sexualized minors, unauthorized real-person replicas, celebrity deepfakes, voice imitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive political media, harassment, or other illegal or infringing activity.

Future Workspace

When the workspace launches, paid output may be used for lawful commercial purposes under the then-current Terms. CreateTake does not promise exclusivity, copyrightability, non-infringement, or “full commercial rights.” You remain responsible for the rights and consent required for your inputs, people, brands, and claims.

Credits, subscriptions, and refunds will follow the terms shown at purchase time. They are not available on this marketing site.

Intellectual Property

The site, interface, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or block access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates operational or legal risk.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of this site.
